Your Path. Your Healing. Your Atlas.

Who are you proving your worth to?

You’ve spent years tying your self-worth to your productivity, your achievements, and your ability to keep everyone else happy. When you’ve spent your whole life trying to meet expectations, it can be hard to tell what you actually want.

Therapy for people who are tired of performing and ready to feel like themselves again.

You’re in the right place if:

  • You feel anxious saying “no”

  • You’re praised for doing it all, but inside you’re overwhelmed

  • You shut down and overthink in relationships

  • You can’t stop overanalyzing everything you say or do

  • You don’t know who you are without your achievements

  • You are the “go-to” person for everyone else, but you have no one to go to when you need help

  • You’ve been through something really overwhelming and are suddenly having nightmares, are more irritable, intrusive memories or thoughts, and you feel a rush of emotions from certain sounds, behaviors of others, or even smells

  • People tell you that you’re “too much” or “too sensitive” or “it’s not that bad” every time you express how you’re feeling

  • You’ve been through a lot in life, and you aren’t even sure it is considered “trauma” because others have experienced worse

You’re exhausted from trying to be everything for everyone and you’re tired of putting yourself last.

Therapy shouldn’t be another stressful appointment. If you’re juggling a full-time job, school schedules with hours of commuting, or after school activities, the idea of rushing to another office might feel exhausting. With tele-therapy, you can meet from your own couch, wrapped in your favorite blanket, in your comfiest clothes, with a cup of tea in hand, and not the dreaded therapy couch.

At least that’s where I will be — dressed in my comfiest clothes with my softest blanket, and a cup of coffee or tea beside me!

No need to cancel if you’re under the weather or short on time. Online therapy gives you flexibility, comfort, and consistent support, all from the place you feel safest.

You’re exhausted and you don’t have more time for commuting.

You need someone to work with your schedule because life happens.

Life doesn’t always go as planned. If something comes up and you need to cancel, you won’t be charged a cancellation fee as long as we’re able to reschedule your appointment within the same week. My goal is to offer you support that fits into your real life, even when it is unpredictable.

Finally, a therapist who gets it.

You’re not just looking for any therapist, you’re looking for someone who truly understands you or your child. Someone who listens without judgement and gets what it feels like to be surrounded by people who say they care, yet still feeling completely alone.

You’ve been shut down by others when you express your frustrations because people don’t view you as overwhelmed when it feels like a big deal to you. You need a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. But finding the right fit can feel overwhelming and exhausting.

You could have searched for therapists before and gave up because it was too overwhelming and hard to narrow down who might be a good fit. I’m here to make that search easier. To offer the compassionate care you or your child deserves, and to walk alongside you as you begin healing, at your own pace.
